Is it necessary to have an Account to place an Order?

No, you can Order as a Guest without creating an Account. However, creating an Account has benefits listed below.

What are the benefits of creating an Account?

There are several benefits of creating an Account, including:

  1. Your billing / shipping information will be saved, and checkout will be faster.
  2. You will be able to view your previous Order history.
  3. An Account is required to facilitate exchange & Order cancellations.
  4. Account holders will remain up to date with the latest promotions & newsletters.

How do I make an Account?

Simply click on Create an Account, enter the required details & submit the form.

I have forgotten my password

Click on Forgot Password, enter your email address and click on ‘Reset My Password’

Click on the link you receive on your email address and enter your new password.

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address.

How do I get sales or promotional messages from Binary Official?

Subscribe through the ‘Newsletter sign up’ available at the footer of the website to receive the newsletter and updates on sales & promotions.

How can I place an Order?

Select your products from the website and click Add to Cart

Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Cart, follow these instructions:

If you are a registered customer,

  1. Make sure you are signed in using the Sign In link
  2. Click on the ‘Shopping Cart button and proceed to checkout.
  3. Select address and click Next
  4. Select payment method

If you are not a registered customer,

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information

Can I reserve my Order online?

Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.

How will I know if Binary Official has received my Order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please contact us at customercare@houseofwears.pk.

Can I modify an Order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed.

How can I check the status of my Order?

You can click on the Track Your Order link to track the status of your Order.

Payment Related

How can I pay for my Order?

Cash on delivery {COD} available nationwide. Delivery charges of Rs. 250 are applicable on all orders under PKR 5,000.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

We do not offer refunds.

Can the billing address differ from the shipping address?

For Cash on Delivery orders, billing address is not required. We only require your shipping address which will be the address where you want your order to be delivered.

Can I pay COD with a cheque?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we only accept cash for COD orders.

Returns & Exchange

What should I do if I have received a defected / wrong product or quantity?

You can always contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at customercare@houseofwears.pk or by calling us at +92 3310 469 469 within 72 hours of delivery.

How can I exchange my Order?

Products can be exchanged, for the details check our Return & Exchange Policy.

Are there any additional charges on exchange?

We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect. If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s).

How long will the exchange process take?

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process.

What if my order amount changes due to exchange product?

According to our Exchange policy we will not offer an exchange on your product if the second chosen product is lesser in price than the first one. The product that you wish to exchange must be the same or higher in price as to the one you have chosen earlier.

If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in case where the exchange order value is above original order value then you must pay in cash at the time of delivery.

Shipping & Handling

What is the delivery time for my Order?

Your Order should be delivered within

  1. 2-4 days for Lahore
  2. 5-7 days for major cities
  3. 8-10 days for other cities

What are the delivery charges for local Orders?

Free delivery all over Pakistan, for the order value PKR 5,000 or above. Delivery charges of Rs. 250 are applicable on all orders under PKR 5,000

Does the price of the order include shipping charges?

For all orders, shipping charges are mentioned separately as part of the order on the check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.

What should I do if I have missed my delivery?

Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, state and city while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be cancelled.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Also add, or you can track your order by clicking on Track Your Order.
